AI Translation Quality
More content, at a higher standard, every cycle
Language Intelligence turns every correction into a permanent fix. Your AI translation gets better every cycle, and the same budget covers more content.

Thirty minutes, and you will leave with a clear next step whether you work with us or not.
Want to see it inside a real programme? Read the Sinch story to see the loop in action.
You can measure output. Can you measure whether it is improving?
If you run AI translation at scale, you already have the machinery. Drafts come out fast, reviewers clean them up, content ships. The volume is not the problem.
Most teams already fix things. A reviewer sees a repeated error and updates the glossary. Someone adds a rule to the style guide. But this usually happens when someone has time, not as a routine. So the same kind of correction often comes back next month, in the same language.
What is missing is a system that turns corrections into fixes, every cycle. That system is what we call Language Intelligence.
Without that system, quality goes up only now and then. When someone senior asks if the AI is getting better, it is hard to show.
How Language Intelligence works
1
Human review
A language specialist changes the text, and nothing else. No forms, no categorizing, no spreadsheets.
2
An agent classifies
It compares the first AI output with the version your linguist approved. Then it sorts every change with our own list of error types, built for fixing AI configuration.
3
A second agent ranks
Which asset should change, what kind of fix it needs, and how much difference it would make.
4
You stay in control
You decide how much you want to approve. Nothing reaches your glossary, style guide or AI configuration outside what you agreed.
5
We ship the fixes
Then the next cycle starts from a better baseline.
Each cycle builds on the last one. The fixes stay in your glossary, style guide, and AI configuration.
What you get
This is what Language Intelligence gives you, in every language you run.
Named specialists per language
Usually two native speakers per language, so a holiday or an illness never stops the work. Always the same people on your account.
Machine-ready language assets
Your glossary and style guide, rewritten in a form the AI can follow, and kept up to date every cycle.
A ranked report each cycle
What changed, what the changes have in common, and which fixes to make first.
Updates to your language assets
Glossary, style guide and AI configuration, all after your approval.
A view of where quality is going
For each language, you see how much of the AI text needs more than a light edit, cycle after cycle. You can share this number with your management.
The right level of review for each type of content
Not every text needs the same depth of review. When the review matches the content, you can put more of your budget where it has the most impact.
A rhythm that suits you
Most teams go through the results once a month. If you need it more or less often, we agree on that before we start.
Who does the reviewing
If you do not have linguists
We provide native specialists for each language. We onboard them like a new member of your team. We train them on your brand, your product and your content, so they know your material better with every cycle.
If you already have linguists
Your in-house team or your current supplier keeps working. The loop learns from their corrections in the same way as from ours.
Before the first cycle
Most glossaries and style guides were written for people. They explain, they give background, they show examples in running text. A person reads that easily. An AI does not use it well.
We also give them a structure the AI can work with. One style guide for every type of content does not work here. Some rules belong in the prompt of one workflow, some apply to one project only, and some need to be simpler before a model can follow them.
We also go through the translations you already have. We pull out the terms and phrasing your brand already uses, so the first AI draft sounds like you. It is also where a style guide comes from when there is not one, because the decisions are already there, made by people over years.
Your tone of voice and your terminology stay yours. We give them a shape the AI model can use.
What it looks like running
Sinch runs this loop across several brands. Each brand has its own voice, and inside each brand different types of content need different treatment, so each one has its own workflow. Together they cover millions of words. Our specialists do the language work, the agents do the categorizing, and the fixes go back into the language assets with the Sinch team's approval.
In the projects a person reviews, only 12% of the AI words need more than a light edit.
